Dua Lipa is a English musician and singer born on August 22nd of 1995 in London United Kingdom. Dua Lipa signed to Warner Bros Records in 2014 after working as a model and dropped her debut album, self-titled in the year 2017. It reached 3 among the U.K. Charts and produced 8 singles. They included Be The One I.D.G.A.F, the U.K. Number One single New Rules as well as the U.K. No. 1 single New Rules. Lipa has been awarded the Brit Awards as a British female solo artists and British breakthrough act in 2018. The album was certified platinum worldwide. Dua Lipa, was born to Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa A Rexha Lipa and Dukagjin Dukagjin in London on 22 August 1995. Her parents are of Bosnian heritage via her maternal grandmother. Her ancestors can also be traced back to Kosovo town of Peja. The two grandparents of Lipa are historians. She is the sister of Rina Lipa, as well as an older brother called Gjin.
